Haggai Mazler

Haggai joined Borstein Enterprises in 2026 and is responsible for land acquisition and entitlement across Southern California. With 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Haggai has worked for public and private homebuilders, most recently spending seven years at KB Home as Vice President of Land Acquisition, following earlier roles at Toll Brothers and The Olson Company. He has overseen land acquisition, entitlement, project management, due diligence and forward planning for residential communities, large and small, in both suburban and urban areas.

Haggai received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and later earned his MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and serves on the Governing Board of the Building Industry Association of Southern California. Haggai lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and two children.
