Representative Past Developments Viscaya

Viscaya was the first development for City Ventures and included the buildout of 19 estate lots in a partially built community. The development is part of the Stonebridge Estates master planned community which is within the Poway Unified School District. Lots average 14,000 square feet with house plan sizes ranging from 3,729 to 4,164 square feet. Many of the homes offer expansive views. Funded in October 2009 in an uncertain economic environment, the project was very successful and sold out within a few months.
