Borstein provided financing for Village Walk in April 2012 when the partially completed project was purchased out of court receivership. The Olson Company downzoned the approved entitlements from 125 units to 67 attached on-grade townhomes. Six units are income restricted units, affordable to Moderate Income families. The project includes a tot lot, is walking distance from retail and is adjacent to a park and ride. The project is also part of the Grove Station community which includes live work units and a commercial building.
