Current Investments The Gables

The Gables was funded in May 2025 and consists of 26 two-story townhomes on a 1.73-acre site in the West Grove neighborhood of Garden Grove. The community offers three distinct floor plans up to 1,744 square feet, each designed with smart home technology and energy-efficient features.  The project replaced a vacant surface parking lot and will introduce new housing within walking distance of Eastgate Park. The site is located approximately one mile from both the I-405 and Highway 22 interchange to the south and Katella Avenue to the north.
