The Estates is proposed for 90 single-family homes on 24.16-acres located in unincorporated San Bernardino County within the sphere of influence of the City of Chino.  The community is proposed with five distinct floor plans ranging from a 2,513 square foot single story to 3,953 square foot two story residences. The minimum lot size is 7,200 square feet and the project features enhanced landscaped parkways along its perimeter and a ½ acre central park.  The infill assembled property is one of the largest contiguous open land areas remaining in north-west Chino, and enjoys easy access to the 60 freeway, from both the Reservoir Street and Ramona Avenue exits.
