Representative Past Developments Rio Walk

Funded in March 2010, the project is located adjacent to the Rio Hondo riverbed and consists of two and three story townhome units. Crossing the river heading west, Rio Walk is the first development one sees entering into Montebello. Unit sizes range from 1,286 to 1,702 square feet with half of the units offering two bedrooms and half offering 3 and 4 bedrooms. The project is also adjacent to a bus stop and within 2 miles of the Metrolink.
