Representative Past Developments Redlands Industrial Centre

Redlands Industrial Centre was developed as a speculative three building warehouse / distribution park in 2006. The project was one of the first industrial developments in the “donut hole” area of unincorporated San Bernardino County and needed extensive entitlement processing and offsite improvements. Each building sits on its own parcel totaling 28.39 acres of land. The buildings feature 30 to 32-foot minimum clear height, 127 dock-high positions, and an ESFR sprinkler system. At completion, the project was sold to a joint venture between Kearny Real Estate and Morgan Stanley.
