Walnut Place is a mixed-use project consisting of 3 live/work units and 49 townhomes.   The project will have modern architecture and use enhanced building materials.    Units will range in size from 1,365 to 2,010sq. ft. offering 3 and 4 bedrooms each.   The gated community is adjacent to an existing retail center that will also be renovated prior to the project build-out.
