Borstein provided financing in December 2009 to complete the construction of the remaining 24 lots within Harp Springs. Home sizes ranged from 2,379 to 2,985 square feet with 3 to 5 bedroom floor plans. The cul-de-sac community is located amongst the trees with beautiful hill side and tree lined views. A majority of the homes decks and backyards face a green belt of permanent open space. The project also includes a paved trail for biking, jogging or nature walk explorations.
