The Clydebank Avenue project is proposed for 104 single family detached homes and features six distinct floor plans that will range from 1,600 – 2,200 square feet. The new community will be developed on an 8.5-acre parcel and replace a former vacant elementary school site.  The development includes central community open space, and the homes will have private yards.  The property is located midway between Interstate 210 and Interstate 10, just east of Azusa Avenue, and less than a mile from its assigned elementary and middle schools.
