Current Investments 444 E. Bonita

Borstein Enterprises provided a land and entitlement loan for 444 E Bonita in March 2024.  The nearly nine-acre site is planned to be entitled for residential development.  The property will provide a much-needed housing to the area and utilize a property that is currently vacant.  The property is located just one mile from both the 210 and 57 State Freeways.
